Jellybean - 2009-2010

jellybean

At the Rainbow Bridge

Our beloved black pug, Jellybean, succumbed to her heart murmur on Sunday, August 29, 2010. She collapsed in the park while doing one of her favourite things (next to eating), running free. At birth she was diagnosed with a mitral valve heart murmur and although we were warned her condition could be fatal, we just didn't think it would happen so soon; she was only 1 year 5 months old. Jellybean was so strong and so full of life. She brought joy and love to everyday. She always made you smile when things were bad. She was a such clown and a wonderful companion, especially to our elderly pug, Munchkin. No love has ever been so unconditional. We miss her keeping the bed warm, sleeping on our faces, and greeting us after work by attacking our toes. Her life was short but well lived. We love you Jellybean and hope you are running free in a park where the trees are made of treats. With much love, Lloyd, Rome, & Munchkin.

Donations in Memory of Jellybean

The following people have made a donation in memory of Jellybean. Thank you so much for your generosity, folks. The honour you have given to Rome, Lloyd and Munchkin in memory of Jellybean will help other pugs in need. Specifically this will help a little pug named Maisie that you can read about here on the website.
