Luna - 3 year old female

Adopter's Happy Tail - Nov 19

Our little Luna, found her way into our home, our hearts and her forever home. We fell in love with Luna almost immediately! She was from the beginning a natural fit in our home. She follows our little Willy Pug around everywhere and frantically looks for him when he is not in sight. Our three year old son adores her and she him, they spend a lot of time cuddling :) I think that we knew from the beginning that we would never be able to say goodbye to Luna, but each day she was us, it became more and more clear that her forever home was here with us. She is so comfortable with us and is doing so well, she really is a little Princess.

Thank-you to her previous owners for caring for her and loving her so much and we promise to continue to do the same. Our home would not be complete without little Luna :)

Foster Update - Nov 2

Luna had an appointment with our Vet on Friday and he could not find any lumps, which is good news! He said that they might have just been swelled pimples. Her ears are still infected though so I am treating them and will re-evaluate after a week. She came in with chronic ear infections and he, the vet said that they are pretty deep.

Other than that she is doing really well!! She had a great Halloween trick or treating with Willy and Alexander and got lots of attention!!! I have noticed that she drags her little paws when she walks, so if she walks too long without little shoes, she wears around her little nails a bit, something we just have to be careful with.

Foster Update - Oct 24

Luna spent a wonderful couple of days at the Cottage with us :) She is great in the car! She is a little apprehensive in new situations, but quickly settles down with reassurance. She is learning how to go up and down stairs. It was too cute, she went up a few stairs at the Cottage and then stopped and whined to be carried the rest of the way up.

Luna is great with our Willy and follows him around everywhere. When she first started to meet other dogs on the street she was at first scared and hid behind my leg, especially with the bigger dogs. Now she has become quite brave and curious when approached by another dog, but likes to know that we are still near.

I cannot stress how loveable she is and so smart.

She is going to have one more vet checkup and then will be ready to go.

Foster Update - Oct 11

She is continuing to adjust really well. She is a smart little girl and knows to sit, to come and to do her business outside. She is eating and drinking well. She loves to put her paws on your shoulders and shower you wih Kisses. Luna loves my 3 year old and they cuddle and play tickle. The other day she met my cat and was not quite sure what to do, but now is curious about her.

She is a really good little dog who you can tell was well taken care of and loved in her previous home.

Introduction - October 5th

Luna is a wonderful, sweet pug, very friendly to people and other dogs. She is reportedly in good health and up to date on her shots. She is an owner surrender who came to us when a child developed allergies.
